Imagine a camembert that's been sitting out all night. The oozy, gooey, runny, creamy cheese is gushing out of the rind. If you're not a cheese person, you're probably nauseated by now. But if you are a cheesaholic like myself, you will appreciate the above description and my new favorite product :crème de camembert, yesterday's impulse buy at Carrefour. All the creamy, fatty, stinkiness of the camembert but without the rind.
I'm not sure you'd call this haute cuisine or even fine dining but it's gooooood!
