So what is with the return of the bad 80's clothing? I was sitting on the London tube last week starring at a woman wearing an off the shoulder pink and green striped shirt, peg leg stone washed jeans, flourescent green pleather shoes and my favorite hairstyle from 5th grade (front part clipped in the back with barrette, puffed up a little in front and bangs). And at lunch, I saw a woman walk by in - ready for this? - a sweater dress worn with leggings! Obviously, the people dressed like that didn't have to live through it the first time.
Seriously, if I had kept my jelly bracelets, Gap jeans with the zip ankles, and original Esprit flourescent clothing, I could be selling it on ebay right now and not have to work for a couple years. I did keep my charm necklace and my Garbage Pail Kids cards though; I wonder if they'll be worth something one day.
And while we're on the subject, I'm not the only one making fun of the return of 80's fashion. I've been watching How I Met Your Mother while I do my exercise routine in the morning (yeah yeah) and this is a gem from this morning's episode. Enjoy and please don't start crimping your bangs!

I gotta admit... I LOVE all that 80s stuff!! I'd even wear the old fashions in public... if I was on my way to an 80s party of some kind.
Garbage Pail Kids? Lucky! I wish I still had mine!
