sucker for a café

Big news! Suzanne slept through the night without her 3:30 snack!
I think it has something to do with the beautiful weather and the fact we spent an hour at a café terrasse yesterday after work. Since Jérôme finished early and the weather was nice, we all met at our favorite café - before we were parents, this was a daily ritual.

Perhaps Suzanne's French-half just needed to hone up on those very important people watching skills. (She likes to stare people down until they look at her so she can flash both her teeth.) Maybe she just wanted to settle into her papa's arms and read a book (she loves turning the pages - sorry no picture of her reading because I only took a video). Or maybe she just wanted her mama to have some beer.

Whatever it was, she definitely is French because her time at the café seemed to be the highlight of her day. She even let me spoon feed her in public no less (she is usually too stimulated to eat in public). Fingers crossed that the nice weather continues 'cause I need sleep!
